Academy Park

The so-called Academy Park is the only bigger scale empty area within the II. District of Budapest. The size of the park, not to mention its flora and fauna makes it a value in itself - our design proposal supports and maintains these features with a masterplan that mixes and develops the characteristics of neighbouring blocks and urban villas in a contemporary form. With the help of the method ’adaptive reuse’, the new elements added to the existing (built and natural) environment help preserve and maintain this area.
